Chatel Real Estate—2113 N St., NW, Washington, DC. Replaced the built-in gutters, restored the structural cornice and replaced the copper shingles on the mansard roof. Insert shows new copper shingles that will be installed. |

Catholic University, Ward Music Hall—620 Michigan Ave., NE, Washington, DC. Functions as the university’s Music School and Performance Hall. Performances range from solo artists to operas. Installed a new rubber roof. |

Fort Myer—Sherman & Jackson Avenue, Fort Myer, VA. A military community that can be traced back to 1861. It is now home to the Army’s official ceremonial unit and the Washington Metropolitan area security force. Installed a new slate roof on the stables. |

6th & I Synagogue—6th and I streets, NW, Washington, DC. In 2004, installing tile and copper on the Northeast dome. In 2010, work will begin on the remaining domes as seen in the front elevation photo from 1949. |

Manna Inc.—823 Evarts St., NE, Washington, DC. Manna’s mission is to create quality affordable housing for low-income individuals. Installed a new rubber roof. This is the same street where Otto Wagner started Wagner Roofing in 1914. |

Cosmos Club—2121 Massachusetts Ave., NW, Washington, DC.
A social club for individuals distinguished in science, literature and the arts. Installing a new copper built-in gutters over the library.

Apple Computer Store—1229 Wisconsin Ave., NW, Washington, DC. A Thermoplastic Polyolefin Membrane roof will be installed. Commonly referred to as TPO, this rubber-like material can be recycled.
Church of Holy Communion— Martin Luther King Blvd., SE, Washington, DC. A 113-year-old Episcopal Church and the new Bishop John T. Walker School for boys (K through eighth grade). Restored the slate roof and installed a new rubber roof and copper gutters.
