Job: Service Manager
Years at Wagner: 3
Lives In: Bladensburg, MD
Visiting Sites: We have outings two to three times a year. I’m now getting into some small estimating jobs, so I’ll be able to visit the job as it’s going on.
Favorite Roofing Job in D.C.: The Dominican House
Construction History: I’ve been in construction since I was 16, and learning about roofs just added a whole new perspective. Now, I can actually look at a particular roof and say with confidence, “That’s slate.”
Can’t Live Without: Computer
Pastimes: Spending time with my two girls and baking pies, cakes and cookies. I bring baked goods into the office and the staff loves it.
Best tip for readers: From my many years in maintenance, I have found that gutter and roof-related problems often come from not cleaning gutters and downspouts. The fall and spring are the best times, and we have taken care of many customers’ problems with our semi-annual roof maintenance agreement.
